Of the rent paid, €500 are non-refundable in case of cancellation up to 4 months prior to the Starting Date. In case of cancellation less than 4 months prior to Starting Date, 50% of the rent plus €500 are non-refundable unless an alternate tenant has been identified to rent the premises around the Term for a similar rental amount. For those not showing up, no refund will be paid.
